Approach
Private AI starts with the operation.
It begins with a conversation about how your business runs. When we agree to work together, we start with a Discovery Diagnostic on one operating problem. If the evidence supports a build and the next phase is approved in writing, we build the 3T Operating Layer around approved data from the source systems already running the business.
Jason and Branden have run manufacturing, supply chain, sales operations, compliance, and production. They diagnose the workflow, build the software, and remain responsible for implementation and production support within the written scope.
Describe one operating problemIt starts with a conversation.
Most of our clients are introduced to us. The first meeting is usually lunch and a conversation about how the business actually runs: what people carry, what the systems know, and where the work gets stuck. No deck, nothing to sign.
When the conversation turns into work, the Discovery Diagnostic maps one operating problem, the workflow around it, the people involved, the source systems, and the current ownership. It records any baseline the available evidence supports and recommends whether to build, correct the process first, or stop.
We map the real workflow.
Not the org-chart version. The real version.
- Where work waits.
- Where data gets copied.
- Where decisions slow down.
- Where knowledge lives with a few experienced people.
- Where teams create workarounds because the official system does not support the job.
We install the 3T Operating Layer.
- 1. Name the operating result and its owner.
- 2. Map the current steps, source systems, handoffs, and exceptions.
- 3. Mirror approved data into a database the client owns.
- 4. Add answers with sources, a morning list, or agreed automation.
- 5. Compare the operating result with the baseline and keep human approval where judgment or control matters.
Answers point to sources. Conflicts and missing evidence stay visible. A responsible person approves actions that affect purchasing, production, delivery, or customers.
The system should carry the administrative load. Not the person.
How we handle your data
- Approved data only. You decide which systems and records are in scope.
- Mirrored into a private database you own, not into ours.
- Nothing you give us trains a model for anyone else.
- Access limited to the people you name.
- Every answer shows its source, and missing evidence stays visible.
- Delete on request, with a written plan for moving what you keep.
- Security questions are answered in writing, under NDA, before any data moves.
Demonstration
How we run our own outreach.
A demonstration on synthetic prospects. This is how we run our own outreach. It is not a client result.
Every claim carries its source and when it expires. A gap blocks the send. A person sends the draft. A reply stops the sequence. The same method applies to any workflow that crosses systems and people.
We review it with you.
Jason or Branden supports what we build. After launch, we review the agreed operating result and propose improvements within the support scope, hours, and response expectations written into the statement of work.
Tell us where the work gets stuck.
Bring us a number you want to move, a report rebuilt every week, or a question your source systems cannot answer. The Discovery Diagnostic determines what the evidence supports.
