Clear information. Purposeful use.

The contact form posts your name, work email, company, and message to this website. The website records the submission before it tries to deliver a copy to contact@3tai.tech. If email delivery cannot be confirmed, the form tells you whether the message was recorded and offers a prepared email as a secondary option.

We receive that message as ordinary business email, hosted on Google Workspace. The website also records the submission, its page source, browser user agent, and a one-way hash of the network address in a Supabase database so that a mail failure does not lose it. The raw network address is not stored with the lead. Our analytics record that a form was viewed, started, or submitted; they never receive what you typed.

This site has no visitor accounts, no payment processing, and no advertising trackers.

We run aggregate site analytics on our own infrastructure. The analytics do not use cookies or receive contact form contents. Hosting logs may contain standard request data used for security and reliability.

We use what you send us to reply, to scope the work you ask about, and to run the engagement you request. We use aggregate traffic data to improve the site.

We do not sell your information. We do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask to join.

Google Workspace processes email. Railway provides hosting, server logs, and analytics infrastructure. Supabase stores contact form records.

Contact form records in Supabase are deleted within twelve months of submission. Correspondence that becomes part of a working relationship is kept as a normal business record for as long as the relationship or the law requires. Aggregate analytics carry no personal information.
