A promise made in sales can change production, purchasing, delivery, and cash. The work requires conversations with the people who own those handoffs. It also requires someone who can move from the executive objective into the fields, documents, and exceptions behind it.

3T AI is Jason Armatta and Branden Crowe. Jason has spent twenty years building documentation, compliance, and operating systems at National Instruments, Novariant, and SigmaSense. He leads diagnosis, the client relationship, and the design of the 3T Operating Layer.
Branden has spent fifteen years running manufacturing operations and supply chains at Hiller Measurements, SigmaSense, and Ionergy. He builds the production software and keeps it running. They met while building a semiconductor startup's supply chain and quality systems. They work from Austin, Texas.
Every engagement begins with a conversation.
Most of our clients are introduced to us, and the first meeting is a conversation about how the business runs. When we agree to work together, the Discovery Diagnostic comes first. Bring one operating problem, number, report, or unanswered question. We examine the real workflow, the people involved, the systems in scope, the available data, and the current owner. The Discovery Diagnostic records any baseline the available evidence supports and identifies the constraint or the evidence needed to determine it. It ends with a recommendation to build, correct the process first, or stop.
The Diagnostic is also a filter. Some problems need a definition, an owner, or a process correction before they need software. Some data cannot support the answer yet. Those findings matter. The recommendation states what is ready, what requires validation, and whether private AI is the next step.
Source systems stay in place.
When the evidence supports a build, 3T AI mirrors approved ERP, CRM, email, and document data into a private database the client owns. The existing systems remain the systems of record. The layer provides sourced answers and a current view of work that needs attention. QuickBooks and Google Sheets can be part of the picture when they are already part of the operation.
We build around named operating results, not a general AI rollout. The work can begin with reporting, order status, sales administration, a production handoff, or another cross-system constraint. A person remains responsible for approvals, customer commitments, purchasing decisions, and any action where judgment or control matters.
