Case studies describe real work. Client names are withheld unless the client has approved them.

Work begins with a conversation. When we agree to work together, the first phase is a Discovery Diagnostic, with the scope agreed in writing before it starts.

After the Diagnostic we either propose the next phase in writing or we stop. You are never obligated to continue.

Every engagement is governed by a written statement of work that sets scope, fees, timing, and responsibilities.

The software that runs on top of your mirrored database is licensed to you for the term of the subscription described in your statement of work. If we part ways, your source systems were never replaced, so they keep running. The database, its indexes, and the data inside it stay yours, in standard formats, with a written plan for moving them. The software we run on top ends with the subscription.

Your source systems remain yours and stay in place. Your ERP and CRM remain the systems of record. We do not take control of them.

Access to the systems and people the work needs, agreed in writing.

Accurate information about your data, your obligations to third parties, and any regulatory constraints.

Prompt review of the work we deliver so decisions do not stall.

We treat everything we learn about your business as confidential and use it only for the engagement.

We do not use client data to train models for other clients. Security questions are answered in writing, under NDA, before any data moves.

Details, including exceptions required by law, are set in the statement of work.

Our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

We do not guarantee a specific business outcome. We are responsible for the quality of our work and for saying plainly when the evidence is not there.
