Describe one operating problem.

Bring us a number you want to move, a report someone rebuilds every week, a handoff that keeps failing, or a question your source systems cannot answer. You do not need a plan before you write to us. Jason or Branden will reply.

Sending this form starts a conversation, not an engagement. Most of our work begins with an introduction and a lunch. Nothing is signed until the scope is agreed in writing.

How an engagement begins

Most of our work starts with an introduction and a conversation, often over lunch. We learn how your business runs. You learn how we work. Nothing is signed at that table.

When the conversation turns into work, it begins with a Discovery Diagnostic: one operating problem, examined properly, with a written recommendation to build, correct the process first, or stop. The document is yours either way. Jason or Branden does the work.

There is no one solution. A team of two and a team of two hundred do not get the same build. We size the work to your business, and your people's time is part of the scope we agree. The work is a partnership, not a handoff: the people who learn your business build the software and stay responsible for it in production.

The build, if there is one, is scoped in writing before it starts.

How we handle your data

  • Approved data only. You decide which systems and records are in scope.
  • Mirrored into a private database you own, not into ours.
  • Nothing you give us trains a model for anyone else.
  • Access limited to the people you name.
  • Every answer shows its source, and missing evidence stays visible.
  • Delete on request, with a written plan for moving what you keep.
  • Security questions are answered in writing, under NDA, before any data moves.

Questions

Common questions.

Do we have to replace our ERP or CRM?
No. Your ERP and CRM stay the systems of record. The 3T Operating Layer sits around them, mirrors the data, answers from it with sources, and flags work that needs attention. Turn us off and your existing systems keep running.
What do we own if we stop?
The mirrored database and indexes are yours, with a written plan for moving them. The subscription pays for the software that runs on top. If you stop working with us, you keep the database and your ERP and CRM continue running as before.
How does an engagement begin?
With a conversation. Most of our clients are introduced to us by someone we both know, and the first meeting is usually lunch and a conversation about how the business runs, not a presentation. If we both see a fit, the work begins with a Discovery Diagnostic: one operating problem, examined properly, with a written recommendation to build, correct the process first, or stop. The document is yours either way.
Is this a one-time project or an ongoing relationship?
A relationship. The people who learn your business in the first conversation do the diagnosis, build what is approved, and stay responsible for it in production. Each next phase is agreed in writing, and you are never obligated to continue. The work is built to be kept and improved, not handed over and forgotten.
How long does the work take?
The Discovery Diagnostic records the evidence available and, if a build is recommended, defines its proposed scope and timeline. Any next phase is agreed in writing. We do not quote a generic timeline before seeing the work.
Which systems can be in scope?
We begin with the source systems involved in the workflow. The Discovery Diagnostic identifies which ERP, CRM, email, document, spreadsheet, and accounting data can be connected cleanly before a build is proposed.
How do you handle data security and privacy?
Your ERP and CRM remain the systems of record. Approved data only: you decide which systems and records are in scope. It is mirrored into a private database you own, not into ours. Nothing you give us trains a model for anyone else. Access is limited to the people you name. Every answer shows its source, and missing evidence stays visible. Delete on request, with a written plan for moving what you keep. Security questions are answered in writing, under NDA, before any data moves. Website privacy practices are detailed on /privacy.
